Registration:
All clients must register for private and group classes by calling the Scott Kim Tennis Academy at (626) 315-4546. Group classes are limited to certain size so you must register to ensure a spot. It is a first register, first served policy. Before you start in your first tennis class, all Scott Kim Tennis Academy customers must complete the registration forms.
Cancellations for “Private lessons”
All clients must cancel 24 hours in advance for private lessons or they will be charged full price of the session.
Weather
If there is any question about the weather, SKTA will contact you to determine the playing conditions. You will not be charged if SKTA Tennis cancels due to weather.
Make ups
Clients for private lesson will only get credit if they cancel 24 hours in advance or due to bad weather. All clients must make up the class they missed within 30 days of the missed class or else they will lose their credit.

Once the client has registered and paid for the group lesson they are enrolled without a refund.
